Hello and welcome! My name is Gwen and, although I may strive to be Super 
Mom, I realize there is only so much ‘super’ possible in any given day. I do my best – and some days that means surrendering to the pile of unfolded laundry, so everyone gets their homework done. I have four boys – yes four, so basically victory is a day with no casualties! At the very least, I consider a successful day to be one where I make it to the end with my sanity mostly in tact.
I do love to create fun and tasty treats for my family, but my cluttered house (and life) leaves very little time or patience for cooking or baking from scratch. Sometimes I do, like with my sugar cookies, but do try to keep it simple if I can – emphasis on ‘try’. I admit that I have, on occasion, stayed up way too late working to finish what I hoped would be that ‘perfect’ birthday cake . . . still working to find that balance . . .
The best for me is when I come across a super easy way to have an amazing outcome. On this site, I share some of my baking adventures, helpful tips, and favorite things.
