My Super Powers ~

Flexible enough to create meals for six in the smallest of kitchens . . .

Able to see any lost item through massive piles of Legos . . .

Strong enough to make it to the end of each day with my sanity in tact!

Under my cape, I am a mostly frazzled and very proud mom of four great boys. As such, my life is crazy and I rarely have time to cook or bake from scratch - and this is okay. On this site, I share some of my baking adventures, helpful tips and favorite things. Victory is a day with no casualties!
